What typ[es of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of high-quality ingredients and chemicals for various industries. Our product selection includes surfactants, moisturizers, emulsifiers, thickeners, pH regulators, flavour enhancers, sweeteners, preservatives, cleaning agents, solvents, and specialty chemicals. Yes, of course! We offer free samples for most of the products. Please note the typical sample size is 100g-500g - depending on the product. If additional quantities are required, you are more than welcome to place an order through EZ Elements for the optimal customized quantity you need. To request for a sample, you can contact your dedicated sales representative. What are your quality standards? ISO, GMP, FSSC, Kosher etc.

We partner and work with reputable manufacturers that adhere to stringent regulatory compliances for food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Our suppliers undergo a rigorous qualification process to ensure they meet various certifications and standards, including (but not limited to) GMP, ISO, Kosher, USP, FDA, Halal, FSSC, RSPO, Leaping Bunny, Ecocert/Cosmos, and REACH

What is the shelf life of your products, and how is it indicated on the packaging?

The shelf life of our products varies depending on the product - typically 2-3 years from production date. The expiration date is clearly indicated on the packaging labels for your reference, and also on the certificate of analysis accompanying your order.

Do you provide technical data sheets (TDS) or material safety data sheets (MSDS) for your products?

Yes, we provide TDS and MSDS for all our products. These documents are available upon request. Contact us for further details.

Are the products you sell tested on animals?

No! We seek and promote chemical products developed without animal testing and supporting alternative methods that do not involve animals.

Orders & Shipping

How do i place an order?

It is preferred that orders are placed in writing or with a formal purchase order through your dedicated account representative. Please make sure to clearly indicate all special instructions on the purchase order. For more details about our ordering policy you can visit here.

Do you take advance orders and/or contracts?

Yes, we do accept advance orders and contracts! However, please note that due to market volatility in prices and availability, the advance ordering period may vary by product. For specific details, feel free to contact us.

Is there a minimum order threshold?

No, we do not have a minimum order value or quantity. If the quantity requested is below the bulk threshold, your EZ Chemicals sales representative may encourage you to order online from EZ Elements.

What is your return and refund policy?

EZ Chemicals strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your products, EZ Chemicals must be notified (in writing) within 48 hours of receipt of your order regarding any discrepancies to your order or quality concerns. All returns and refunds are subject to management approval. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.

Do you offer customization for bulk orders?

Help!!! My production line is down, and I need a product!

We’re happy to help with this situation and can arrange for your order to be processed and potentially delivered the same day. Please keep in mind that this may incur Rush Same Day Order processing fees.

What are your lead times and delivery times?

If a product is in stock, it typically ships from our warehouses within 1-2 business days. For products that are out of stock, lead times may range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the specific item and market conditions. Delays can occur due to factors such as port and rail congestion, market fluctuations, and sea freight issues. We offer shipping all over Canada and USA. The shipping charges vary per location and the quantity being shipped. Typically transit times for an order can be 1 to 10 business days.

What is considered ‘bulk’? How are bulk products packaged?

Typically for liquids, bulk volumes would start at 1 drum (160 kg-250 kg per drum - depending on the product).
Liquid products can be packaged and sold in drums (plastic or metal) on pallets, IBC totes, flexi-tank and ISO Tanks.
Typically for solids, bulk volumes would start at a few bags/boxes (20-25kg per bag/ box depending on the product)
Solids products can be packaged and sold in bags/boxes on pallets and bulk/super-sack bags.
